If you receive damaged items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll promptly arrange replacements for items confirmed to be damaged during shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Ceramic Arts, your satisfaction with our products is our utmost priority. We understand that there may be circumstances where you wish to exchange items from your order. We are pleased to offer an exchange policy to address your needs.



  • If you wish to exchange an item from your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at Please provide your order number and specify the item you'd like to exchange, along with the replacement item you desire.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for items that are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. Items must be in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that do not meet these criteria.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the item they wish to exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Exchange Process:

  • Once we receive your request and confirm the eligibility of the item, we will guide you through the exchange process, which may include selecting a replacement item, arranging shipping, and covering any price differences.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. Items damaged during shipping are addressed through our "Damaged Goods and Replacements" policy, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
